Like every design process it is important for us to manufacture your business ideas and goals into a project brief. This enables us to streamline the process by accurately identifying any specific requirements and provide dedicated solutions.
The process of developing your website begins with the gathering of information about your company or service to better understand what you would like to achieve with your new website.
This information is then used to provide you with a written and diagrammatic quotation with added recommendations depending upon your stated budget.
For any pre-project questions, we have user friendly ticketing system so that you can ask us for further information or if you have any concerns.
When you are happy for us to proceed with your project we ask you to make an online deposit in order for us to get started. The balance is payable when the project is completed.
We need to know as much as possible about you and your business to give us a broad view of your company, it’s products, what you like, what you don’t and most importantly your goals for creating a new website.
Our briefing form is the starting point for new projects. It asks for everything we need to give you a provisional quote for web design, build and marketing projects. To begin the process click here.
Plan & Quotation
We provide a detailed plan of the project along with a full breakdown of the costs involved. We also make optional recommendations based on your requirements. See an example of a quotation here.
Q & A
When building a website client communication is extremely important. You will often have questions about the design process or we may need information to enable for us to proceed with the project. To make this easier we have a ticketing system that allows us to keep a record of your contact with us. If you have any pre-project concerns we hope that we can alleviate them at this stage so that you are totally satisfied before you start a project with us.
We’re ready to go, your website project has been planned including an estimated timescale. We’ll ask you for a deposit as your commitment to the project. Once we receive this we’re ready to get designing!
We take care of everything until your website is up and running on the world wide web.
